INSTITUTIONALIZED MEDICAL SPECIALTIES; I come from a family of with many generations of Medical MD, PhD, Dentist, Nurses & Health Science researchers. I'm trained & diploma into Special-Education institutional care for those labelled as 'intellectually-handicapped' as well as trained & certified in as a First Responder in Industrial First Aid. My volunteerism & work has been in specialized Workshops, large Residences, Group-homes, Specialized Treatment Centres & psychiatric Hospital as well as family, home & community care. The issue with Oligarch 'exogenous' (Latin 'other-generated') commanded institutions is the inappropriate scale & disconnected relationships, applied to most interactions, be it health, law, education, economy, housing etc. All humanity's indigenous ancestors employed the ~100 (50-150) person level of intimate relations for knowledgeful & appropriate institution.
